"Be reasonable and good, be reliable, enforce the law in a civilized manner, and achieve everyone. Recently, more than 20 student representatives from Putuo Experimental School affiliated to University of Shanghai for Science and Technology went to the Banmasu River Station 1690 Party and Mass Service Center located at No. 36 Zhongtan Road under the leadership of teachers to participate in the extracurricular activities of Xiaoyicheng Management & Putuo Experimental School Affiliated to University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
This extracurricular activity was led by the Yichuan Road Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, and jointly organized by the three major teams of the Shanghai Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Corps, the Putuo Experimental School affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and the Yichuan Road Street Party and Mass Center. The activity combines lectures on law popularization, simulated law enforcement and the school motto of Putuo Experimental School affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, aiming to root legal awareness in the hearts of students and let students experience the daily work of an administrative law enforcer.
At the beginning of the event, the Branch Committee of Putuo Experimental School Affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology of the Communist Party of China and the Sixth Branch of the Yichuan Road Street Organ under the Yichuan Road Street Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team jointly signed an agreement on party building and co-construction. The two sides thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, promoted the construction of grassroots party organizations, promoted party building through joint construction, and realized the complementary advantages of party organizations. "Xiaoyi Chengguan" combines the actual work of urban management, further strengthens exchanges and exchanges with schools in the jurisdiction, and forms a good atmosphere for the whole society to participate in urban management.

Then, the young lecturers of "Xiaoyi Chengguan" shared with the students present "Popularizing the Law for the People, Guarding the Legal Space of Residents in One River and One River" and the course "How to Issue a Notice of Rectification Order" for the simulated law enforcement. After the sharing, the students were divided into three groups to conduct simulated law enforcement activities. The first group of students followed the members of the urban management law enforcement team to Zhongtan to inspect the responsibility area, domestic garbage classification, kitchen waste and waste grease in front of the door; the second group of students got on the law enforcement vehicle and patrolled the Liangwan section of the Suhe River Trail; and the third group of students inspected the waters of Suzhou Creek Putuo (Yichuan-Changshou Section) under the leadership of the three major teams of the Shanghai Urban Management Administrative Law Enforcement Corps.

At the end of the activity, many students said that this activity can not only learn legal knowledge, but also transform into "urban management" to participate in community management, which is a great experience. At the same time, the teachers who participated in the activity also said that the worldview and values of children in junior high school have not yet been formed, and it is very helpful for them to experience law enforcement work to establish correct values in the future.
The establishment of the rule of law at the grassroots level is the premise and foundation for comprehensively advancing the rule of law and building a socialist country under the rule of law.
