April 15 is the ninth National Security Education Day, and various regions and departments have carried out various forms of publicity and education activities to popularize the overall national security concept and enhance the national security awareness of the whole people.
Focusing on the theme of "10th Anniversary of the Overall Concept of National Security, Innovation and Leadership", a series of thematic exhibitions have been set up in Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Shaanxi, Hubei, Chongqing and other places, using graphics, texts, videos and other forms to publicize the overall national security concept. Tianjin, Shanxi, Liaoning, Guangdong and other places rely on high-speed rail, subway, bus and other means of transportation to create a mobile national security propaganda platform. Fujian, Hunan, Sichuan and other places have integrated national security education with traditional culture, literary and artistic activities, and vividly told national security stories to the local people.
In Anhui, Jilin, Guangxi, Qinghai and other places, class meetings and research activities with the theme of "national security" are being carried out to popularize national security knowledge for teachers and students. Jiangxi, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Xinjiang, Tibet, and other places have promoted national security education in communities and frontiers through on-site propaganda and other forms, and raised the national security awareness of the whole people.
At the same time, the Central State Security Office, the Ministry of State Security, the Ministry of Justice, the National Legal Popularization Office, the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, and the General Administration of Customs have also based on their respective functions and responsibilities to promote the concept of great security in the hearts of the people through a series of activities such as publishing a series of books, carrying out legal popularization education, tens of millions of teachers and students taking national security education classes, and theme group days.
All units of the armed forces have carried out a wide range of propaganda and education activities to enhance the sense of mission and responsibility of the vast number of officers and men in safeguarding national security.
In addition, the National Security Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) has launched a series of themed lectures and other activities under the theme of "10th Anniversary of the Overall Concept of National Security" to enhance the public's awareness and sense of responsibility in safeguarding national security. Relevant responsible persons of the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the CPC Central Committee and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council attended the opening ceremony via video link in Beijing.
The Macao SAR Government and the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Macao jointly organized the National Security Education Exhibition, which combined more than 260 photos and videos with text, focusing on a series of historic achievements made in the past 10 years since the overall national security concept was proposed, raising the national security awareness of the whole people and building a strong national security defense line.
