I am a medical procurement company of Sinopharm, and I usually purchase some medical supplies for various hospitals. It can range from some infusion needles and indwelling needles to some CT equipment.
Like the sudden outbreak of the epidemic some time ago, the epidemic prevention materials needed by the hospital, and the nucleic acid detection reagents and sampling tubes needed later. We are working overtime to contact the manufacturer, contact the source of goods, and provide it to the hospital on a voluntary basis.
So after that busiest time, the company rewarded our department with a travel fund, and asked me to organize the following buyers to go to team building.
My management method is actually quite simple, I completely ask for everyone's opinions, and even organize a dinner party if I don't want to go, and then give out the travel fund as a bonus.
When the department was in a meeting, someone proposed, "We have 15 days off, can we go to Europe for a trip." ”
I went to school in Austria when I was in college, and I usually talk to them about foreign things, and they have a little yearning for that place, so I came up with this proposal.

For foreign countries, six to eight hours a day of work is actually enough, four days a week and three days off.

I thought that my Austrian classmate and I would not meet each other, but I didn't expect her to come to China and sent me a flight ticket. Naturally, I was welcome, I sent her my location and bought a train for her to come here.
On that day, I picked her up at the high-speed rail station on time, and as soon as she got off the high-speed train, she couldn't wait to rush to me, telling about her "magical" discovery on the train.
She said that the train was really fast, and when she first got into the car, she didn't feel the car moving rapidly, and thought it was slow, but when she looked out the window, she knew the speed of the car.
I said yes, I told you when I was studying abroad that China's trains have been developing rapidly for a long time. With that, I led her to the car I had ordered in advance, and she asked me curiously, "Is this your car?"
I said, "No, just now when we were talking, I called the car on my phone." It was a new experience, and she excitedly told me the story of studying abroad in Austria at that time.
One year we went to an art exhibition, which was very far from where we lived, and after watching the exhibition, we went to have dinner nearby, and it was about nine o'clock in the evening, when the Vienna subway had stopped. We didn't have a car to go back to, so we had no choice but to take a taxi home.
The taxis there are not as convenient as our mobile phones to hail a taxi, and there are no years ago when we didn't have these ride-hailing apps, when we waved for a taxi on the road. Instead, you have to walk to a fixed taxi stop, and when you get there, you can get a ride.
