In order to accelerate the promotion of aquaculture tailwater treatment in Jianli City, Jianli Agriculture and Rural Bureau and Qiaoshi Town People's Government held the 2024 Spring Fishery Science and Technology and Aquaculture Tailwater Treatment Training Course in Shucaiyuan Village, Qiaoshi Town on April 12.
A total of 65 people from 5 villages in Shuyuan District, Qiaoshi Town, participated in the training, and the leaders of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau and the Municipal Aquatic Industry Development Center, Liu Shaoping, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Qiaoshi Town, and Xie Junfu, director of the Town Agricultural Office, participated in the training activities. Chen Huabin, an aquatic expert and secretary of the Municipal Aquatic Industry Development Center, gave a lecture for the training class.
The training focused on aquaculture tail water discharge regulations, standard publicity, aquaculture tail water monitoring requirements and aquatic product quality and safety supervision and other aspects, the lectures were in simple terms, and the participating cadres and the masses benefited a lot.
Through this training, the participants further enhanced their understanding of aquaculture tailwater management, strengthened the territorial management responsibility of aquaculture tailwater treatment in towns and villages, improved the skill level of farmers, and provided a solid guarantee for the upgrading of aquaculture and environmental governance in Qiaoshi Town.
