　　(2) Acceptance time: Party B has completed the acceptance on the day of receipt of the goods, and Party B has objections to the quality, variety, and quantity of aquatic products, and shall submit it in writing to Party A.

　　Article 10 The liability for breach of contract shall be implemented in accordance with the following agreements:

　　(1) If Party A refuses to deliver the ordered aquatic products, it shall pay liquidated damages to Party B according to % of the total contract price.

　　3. Remuneration system

　　During the promotion period, the basic salary + commission method will be implemented, and only the accrual method will be implemented during the non-promotion period.

　　4. Working hours and travel expenses

In principle, you must go back to the company every week to participate in the weekly meeting, and if you cannot participate due to special circumstances, you must ask the person in charge of the company for leave one day in advance.

　　2) There are three days off per month, and the excess three days will be deducted according to the daily basic salary expenses. Personal leave must be requested from the person in charge of the company one day in advance, otherwise it will be treated as absenteeism. If you do not need to travel during the non-promotion period, you will work normally in the company, and the working hours are 9:00~18:00, and you will be responsible for daily contact with customers.

　　5. Agreement between the parties

　　6. Modification, rescission, termination and renewal of labor contracts

　　1. If Party A changes the objective circumstances on which the contract is signed, or Party B requests to change the terms of this contract due to personal reasons, it must notify the other party in writing seven days in advance, and the relevant contents of this contract can be changed after consultation between the two parties. To change the labor contract, both parties shall sign an Additional Agreement.

　　2. Party A has the right to terminate the contract if it is seriously derelict in its duties, malpractices or leaks trade secrets, causing significant damage to the interests of the company and it has been verified.

　　3. Party A has the right to terminate the contract if Party B is incompetent and has not brought any performance to the company for two consecutive months.

　　4. Party B has the right to terminate the contract if Party A fails to pay labor remuneration or provide labor conditions in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

　　Except as otherwise provided in this contract, either party shall give 30 days' notice to the other party to cancel or terminate this contract, and if the notice time is insufficient, it shall pay compensation to the other party according to the difference in the number of days and the average daily work of Party B in the month before the termination or termination of the contract.
