The buns don't need to be steamed, they are cooked faster with water, and they can also fry the charred pot, which is delicious and easy to make!

Fried bun is a very common breakfast in our hometown, generally there are pure meat filling and vegan filling, which is a kind of breakfast item that I liked especially when I bought breakfast outside, and then I learned to cook by myself, so I no longer bought it from outside. This morning I made a plate of pure meat stuffed fried buns, the surface is soft and tender, the bottom is crispy, and the taste is very good. Because it is kneading the dough before going to bed at night, put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration and fermentation, so it saves a lot of time in the morning, and it is not troublesome to do it, and today my mother will come to share the homely practice of frying buns.

【Pork stuffing fried bun】

【Ingredients】: pork filling, egg, soy sauce, green onion and ginger cooking wine, chicken powder, salt, flour, water, yeast powder, edible oil;
【Recipe making process】:
Step 1: Knead the dough before going to bed, mix 200g of flour, 110g of water, and 2g of baking powder to knead into a smooth dough, put it in a large bowl, wrap it in plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for about 8 hours. Pictured here is the fermented dough taken out of the refrigerator in the morning, and the inside of the dough has a honeycomb;
Step 2 of the water frying bun: Put the dough on the kneading pad, sprinkle a little dry powder and knead it evenly, roll it into a long strip, cut out the small dough agent, roll it out into a thin and thick round dough sheet around the perimeter, and the bun skin will be ready. The skin of the bun should not be too large, a little smaller, and it is easy to cook when frying;
Step 3: Pork is chopped into meat filling in advance, taken out in the morning and put an egg, salt, soy sauce, green onion and ginger cooking wine, chicken powder, stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks, so that the meat filling is strong, and the mixed meat filling is soft and sticky;
Step 4 of the pan-fried bun: Take a bun skin and put the meat filling mixed with the seasoning in the middle;
Step 5 of the fried bun: Turn the pleats in a circle, put away the mouth, and wrap out a bun. Make all the buns in turn, put them on the kneading pad, buckle a small basin, and let them ferment for about 5 minutes;
Step 6: Heat the pan on the fire, put a little cooking oil, put the standing bun in the pan, first fry it slightly in oil, let the bottom of the bun be shaped;
Frying bun step seven: add water, the amount of water to half the height of the bun can be, cover the pot lid, cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes, generally steamed buns need more than 15 minutes, but this way fry the buns, add water to cook, time will save a lot.
Step 8: The bun will continue to ferment during the boiling process, the water is almost cooked, there is only some oil left at the bottom, and then adjust a small bowl of starch water, pour it into the pot, let the starch water flow evenly throughout the bottom of the pan, and continue to fry until the bottom of the pan is crisp;
Step 9 of the fried bun: After the bottom of the bun is yellow and charred, turn off the heat, turn the bun over, and see if the bottom is scorched, is it very fragrant! Learned the method of frying buns, after you will never have to go out to buy Oh, if you want to eat vegetarian stuffing, the filling can be changed, the method is the same.
In addition to the fried buns, I also made pumpkin porridge, fried carrots with green peppers, boiled eggs, and oranges.
