2. Fill the merged cells
How to quickly organize the worksheet with merged cells?
It's actually very simple: select the data region and unmerge the cells first.
Then press Ctrl+G to locate → null value.
Then enter the equal sign, press the up arrow of the arrow key, and finally press Ctrl+Enter.
3. Decimals can be changed into integers with one click
After selecting the data region, press Shift+ctrl+1 to quickly convert decimal to integer.
4. Copy the chart format with one click
After all the hard work of setting up the effect of one chart, how to quickly apply it to another chart?
Right-click on the set chart and copy it. Then click on the chart to which you want to apply the style, and use paste special to OK.

As shown in the figure below, the total sales amount of each store should be counted.
Select the D2:D10 cell range at the same time, enter the formula in the formula bar, and press Ctrl+Enter:
=Sam(K2:K20)-Sam(T3:D20)
Note that the parameter of the second SUM starts from D3, which is the next cell of the cell where the formula is located.
6. Enter the √ and × with boxes
With data validity, in addition to being able to make drop-down menus, you can also quickly enter √ and × with boxes.
Start by setting the font to Wingdings 2
Then set the data validity (data validation) and the sequence source is :R,S
Note that there is a comma in English between R and S.
Then you can click on the drop-down button and enter the √ and × with the box.
7. Precise replacement
Replace the 0 in the figure below with "amount to be determined". If you replace it directly, all zeros will be replaced by default: the correct operation looks like this:
