In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Organizing and Carrying out the Recommendation of Excellent Scientific and Technological Innovation Platforms and Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talents in 2023 (Natural Resources Office Letter [2024] No. 218), 25 scientific and technological innovation platforms such as the Key Laboratory of Land and Spatial Planning and Development and Protection (Annex 1) have made a number of original achievements in basic research and applied basic research in 2023, and have overcome a number of cutting-edge and key technologies. In 2023, 19 young scientific and technological talents including Cao Wengeng (Annex 2) are determined to innovate and overcome difficulties, and have made innovative achievements in applied basic research and engineering technology research in 2023, and have achieved important results in supporting and solving practical problems in natural resource system business engineering and serving the strategic planning, policies, regulations, and standards of natural resource systems.
