The year 2024 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 105th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement. In recent years, the city's public security organs and the vast number of public security auxiliary police have adhered to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, firmly grasped the general requirements of "loyalty to the party, service to the people, justice in law enforcement, and strict discipline", faithfully performed their duties, had the courage to overcome difficulties, and were willing to sacrifice and dedicate, making important contributions to further promoting the construction of peace and security. The vast number of youth collectives and people's auxiliary police of the city's public security organs vigorously carried forward the spirit of "May Fourth", gave full play to the role of the main force and the new force, fulfilled their duties, fought tenaciously, and showed a self-confident, self-reliant, vigorous and promising spiritual outlook.
In order to commend the advanced, boost morale, and encourage the city's public security organs and the vast number of public security people's auxiliary police to faithfully fulfill the mission and tasks of the new era entrusted by the party and the people, on the "May Day" International Labor Day and May Fourth Youth Day, the Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Youth League Municipal Committee decided to commend the city's public security organs for 7 outstanding collectives, 8 individuals with outstanding achievements, 7 youth collectives with outstanding achievements, 8 young policemen with outstanding achievements, and 8 young auxiliary police with outstanding achievements.
