The Chamber of Commerce subscribes to citrus in cooperatives
In November 2023, the cadres of the Danjiangkou Federation of Industry and Commerce learned when they visited private enterprises that the city had a bumper harvest of citrus, but due to the influence of a variety of factors, there were general sales difficulties, and there were still a large number of citrus on the trees that could not be picked.
At the same time, on the complaint service platform of non-public enterprises in Hubei Province, several enterprises in Danjiangkou City have successively reported the problem of unsalable citrus.
After understanding this situation, the Danjiangkou Federation of Industry and Commerce acted quickly, based on the resource advantages of the unit, and mobilized chambers of commerce at all levels and member enterprises of the association to subscribe for oranges. Among them, Wuhan Danjiangkou Chamber of Commerce subscribed 100,000 catties, Shiyan Danshang Federation subscribed 220,000 catties, and Danjiangkou Catering Association won the support of Shiyan Catering Association and Hubei Catering Association, subscribing a total of 400,000 catties. In just one month, various chambers of commerce and associations subscribed for more than 70 million catties of citrus, which greatly alleviated the sales dilemma of citrus enterprises.

The Yuhuangding Orchard Agricultural Cooperative in Xijiadian Town, Danjiangkou City was also one of the enterprises that received help at that time. On January 30, Yang Wanbo, the head of the cooperative, said in an interview with Jimu News: "It helped us sell out the citrus all at once, solved our big problem, and I heard that the citrus was sold to Beijing, Henan and other places, which increased the popularity of our Danjiangkou citrus, we are very grateful!"
Zhao Xia, a member of the party group and vice chairman of the Danjiangkou Federation of Industry and Commerce, told the Jimu News reporter that the Federation of Industry and Commerce is the "mother's family" of the enterprise, and through visits and research, go deep into the fields and listen to the voice of the enterprise;
Subscription of citrus loading
It is understood that in order to smooth the channels for reflecting the demands of private enterprises and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises, in December 2018, the Hubei Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce established a provincial complaint service center for non-public enterprises. Adopting the "Internet + enterprise service" model, we strive to build a complaint service platform (also known as "joint enterprise e-station") with "unified management of one network and hierarchical application", which was officially launched in July 2020. In the past three years of operation, 117 complaint service centers have been set up at the same level, 17 cities (prefectures, forest districts) and 99 counties (cities and districts) in Hubei Province, and a digital platform for complaint services has been built with "one network for the whole province and full coverage at three levels". By the end of 2023, the number of registered users on the platform reached 1.559 million, an increase of 482,900 over the previous year, a total of 14,428 appeals were accepted, and more than 4.38 billion yuan of capital assets were recovered, unsealed and unfrozen.
In 2023, complaint service centers at all levels in the province will accept 4,717 complaints, an increase of 1,990 cases or 73% year-on-year, and a completion rate of 99.39%. At the same time, the platform has opened up 15 functional modules, set up more than 60 functional applications, expanded a variety of convenient services such as law, talent, finance, bidding and bidding, and strived to build an "online home for private enterprises". In 2023, the Hubei Provincial Non-public Enterprise Complaint Service Center won the Advanced Collective of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.
