Highlight 1: Combined with the actual consumption situation, the first 16 product standards for Xiamen were launched
According to the press conference, more than 80% of Xiamen's edible agricultural products are imported from other places, and the risk of food safety import is high. It is reported that the food standard evaluation and "heron product" labeling work for Xiamen adhere to the principles of voluntary application, openness and fairness, objectivity and independence, honesty and credit, and accept social supervision. For products that meet the food safety standards for Xiamen, enterprises can voluntarily apply to Allianz for assessment, submit relevant materials, and make a self-declaration of compliance with the standards. After the application is accepted, experts or third-party evaluation agencies will be organized to carry out on-site inspection and product sampling, and the inspection results will be submitted to the Xiamen Food Safety Standards Review Committee for review and voting. Finally, according to the opinion of the review, Allianz signed a contract with the enterprise to grant the right to use the logo.
