The Long Island National Marine Park Management Center immediately organized and carried out the volunteer service activity of "snow removal and ice removal" to comprehensively clean up the snow in the Baolian community, give full play to the role of volunteers in the practice of civilization in the new era, create a clean, beautiful, harmonious and livable community environment, and make every effort to ensure the safety of the public.
In the process of snow clearing, volunteers with shovels, snow shovels and other snow and ice removal tools, methodically clean up the snow on the community road, snow pressed into ice, many ice layers are very hard, making the cleaning work particularly difficult, even if the weather is cold, can not resist the enthusiasm of volunteers and grid staff to work together to rivet their full strength, bow down, shovels, snow shovels, focusing on the Baolian community pavement, a school opposite the entrance of the parking lot and other places to carry out snow clearing and de-icing work, a shovel and a spade to ensure that the road "to the bottom" , clearing out a safe passage for residents, and using "small actions" to ensure the "big safety" of community residents.
While clearing the snow, the volunteers warmly reminded the passers-by to "be careful of slippery roads" and "pay attention to safety", warming people's hearts with solid actions and sincere advice.
