Focus on one center and deepen the work of party building and league building

Strengthen the four major links and consolidate the work strength of the league organization

By strengthening the allocation of temporary (part-time) forces, taking the reform of the grass-roots organizations of the Communist Youth League at the county level as an opportunity, we have actively expanded channels, and selected personnel from various towns and streets, state-owned enterprises, and volunteers to serve as temporary (part-time) League cadres in the Youth League and district committees, and the work force has increased by more than one time compared with before the reform.

The Jiedong District Committee of the Youth League has also set up the Jiedong District Youth Development Service Center, a public welfare first-class public welfare institution directly under the district-level Youth League Committee, and is equipped with 2 career establishments, as a professional platform to promote youth innovation and entrepreneurship, volunteer service, new media publicity and other functions, and the work force and reform ability have been further improved.

At the same time, establish and improve the scientific assessment and management methods of hierarchical division and classification, and cultivate and forge high-quality regimental cadres in the whole chain. The "Qingma Project" training course was held, and the training scope covered the whole region of the Young Pioneers counselors, which effectively improved the political accomplishment and professional quality of the League cadres and Young Pioneer counselors, and cultivated a group of young people who are politically firm, have comprehensive quality, and have both ability and political integrity.

Focusing on the four major sectors of talent revitalization, ecological revitalization, cultural revitalization and organizational revitalization, the Tuanjiedong District Committee has created a series of service brands such as "returning to the hometown" college students' social practice activities, "Green Beauty Jiedong • Youth First", "Civilized Post Station Learning Lei Feng Volunteer Service", Jiedong Youth Chinese New Year's Eve School, Youth Home, etc., continuously stimulating youth development momentum and injecting strong youth power into the high-quality development of Jiedong's "Millions of Projects".

Create a brand of "returning to the hometown" college students' social practice activities, and build a normalized contact channel between local league organizations and local college students. Organize college students from many colleges and universities to carry out social practice activities in Jiedong District to explore the themes of red footprints, rural revitalization, public welfare services, cultural publicity, grassroots Xi, etc., feel the new style of development and local customs and humanities in Jiedong District, and contribute youth strength to the high-quality development of the "Millions Project" in Jiedong District.

Build a Chinese New Year's Eve school, launch a series of public welfare experience courses or activities with rich content and various forms, explore activity modes such as "Chinese New Year's Eve School + Theory Lecture + Cultural Exchange + Talent Display + Skill Improvement", create a new carrier for connecting and serving young people, and enhance young people's feelings, recognition, sense of gain and happiness of urban and rural development.

In order to help the revitalization of culture, the Tuanjiedong District Committee has created a civilized post station to learn from Lei Feng's volunteer service brand, and organized volunteers to carry out publicity and service activities such as academician culture, patriotic culture, popular science and art, epidemic prevention and control, and creation and culture in the "civilized post station" near the large residential area, while providing social practice opportunities for college students, more than 400 college student volunteers have been trained since the stage, becoming an "incubator" for civilization seeds and cultural genes.

Jiedong has the reputation of "China's most beautiful Taobao Township", and the reality of the rapid development of the e-commerce industry and the urgent and anxious skills of young people once plagued many young people. In response to this situation, the Tuanjiedong District Committee organized and carried out e-commerce marketing training such as live streaming to cultivate young talents with practical e-commerce professionals. Organize and carry out a series of activities of "Students Return to the Nest • Wisdom Convergence Jiedong", so that college students can excavate and promote the intangible cultural heritage culture of Jiedong jade carving, wood carving, fireworks and fire dragons, lamp poles and colorful phoenixes by shooting short videos and other methods, so that more people can understand and feel the folk customs, historical culture and cultural heritage of Jiedong District, and continue and inherit the excellent traditional culture of Jiedong.

In this regard, the Tuanjiedong District Committee actively built the volunteer activity brand of "Green Beauty Jiedong • Youth First", raised more than 200,000 yuan for planting greenery, and mobilized young entrepreneurs and other social enthusiasts to donate funds to build 7 Communist Youth League theme forests, such as youth forests and red scarf forests.

In addition to planting greenery, the Tuanjiedong District Committee actively created the "River Xiaoqing" river patrol and river protection volunteer service brand, and actively organized young volunteers to carry out the "River Xiaoqing" ecological civilization volunteer service activities. At present, 15 "He Xiaoqing" volunteer service teams have been set up, and more than 7,000 of the nearly 140,000 volunteers in the district have become "He Xiaoqing" volunteers. Since last year, a total of 83 volunteer service activities have been carried out, and a total of 2,490 people have participated in volunteer service activities, contributing youth strength to the lucid waters and lush mountains of Jiedong.

At present, the Tuanjiedong District Committee has integrated and built 31 "Youth Homes", established a three-level linkage system of "district + town + village", comprehensively covered the field of youth gathering, and actively explored the social, tangible and daily operation mode of "Youth Homes". In 2023, a total of 3,557 activities will be carried out at the "Youth Home" in Jiedong District, and 17,078 young people will participate in the activities. The "Youth Home" has become the "base camp" for youth exchanges in Jiedong District and a "big stage" for showcasing talents.
