Volunteers arrive at their posts every morning, familiar with the layout of each department and the best route for treatment, some enthusiastically provide guidance and answer questions for patients and their families at the guidance desk, and some patiently guide and assist citizens to complete the process of registration, payment and printing of reports at the self-service machine.
"Fortunately, there are volunteers for this physical examination, who help me save my bag, give directions, and provide you with the queuing situation of each project at any time, I finished the physical examination in one hour, saving time and effort, which is really convenient!" The citizens who came for the physical examination praised the considerate service of the volunteers. "Thank you for helping me activate my medical card, so that I don't have to run around to ask. In the evening, when the hospital got off work, Zhang Yibo, the youngest volunteer, finally breathed a sigh of relief, "After standing for a day, my legs are really sore and swollen, but I feel that it is very worthwhile to be able to pass on convenience and warmth to others."
