Subtext: It depends on what you value when you find your next job, and whether our company can meet it

✅ Answer ideas: the harvest and promotion of the previous job + the expectation of the next job (platform + responsibility + ability)

Subtext: Have you ever understood our company in advance, don't come from Haitou

✅ Answer ideas: the company's main business/brand culture/scale/platform advantages and highlights, as well as the fit with personal experience and job search direction

6️⃣ "Your professional experience is not relevant to this position, why did you choose this position?" ”

Subtext: You don't have a clear advantage for this position, you feel that you are not competent, and it is unstable to recruit you

✅ Answer ideas: Emphasize as much as possible your own ability related to the position + determination and planning for long-term development in this direction in the future

7️⃣ "What companies have you interviewed recently, and what stage are you at?" ”

Subtext: Look at how you are in the market, whether it is in demand, and judge in advance whether it is good to negotiate salary and reduce prices
