It just so happened that this scene was seen by the Yongzheng Emperor, who was very angry, and Concubine Yi's attitude towards seeing Yongzheng was still very arrogant and rude. Yongzheng saw the situation and publicly reprimanded Concubine Yi's eunuchs and palace maidens.
Although he was cursing people, the clear-eyed people could hear that the emperor was referring to Sang and cursing Huai. And Concubine Yi, who had been favored all her life, felt very embarrassed when she heard Yongzheng's words.
Although Yifei is not his birth mother, but after all, she is also a mother concubine, he cannot directly reprimand Yifei, he can only vent his dissatisfaction in this way, so as to let Yifei know the measure, and do not forget that there is a difference between dignity and inferiority in the palace.
Afterwards, Yongzheng still could not forget this matter, so he issued a holy decree saying that Concubine Yi's behavior was insulting to the royal family.
