In the early hours of December 3, 1984, the people of Bhopal, India, fell asleep and dreamed. Know what's going on. The danger is already looming. This is the worst industrial disaster in human history - the Bhopal gas leak.

After inspection, they found that the temperature had increased. As mentioned earlier, methyl isocyanate has a very low boiling point. Sure enough, it didn't take long for a chemical reaction to occur in the device that stored 45 tons of methyl isocyanate. Several workers who were working did not have time to escape and died on the spot.

Many of the still asleep residents were awakened but eventually died of poison gas. The reactive residents rushed to the hospital, but were blinded by the poison gas on the way. Hospitals are overcrowded, but doctors are helpless against the gas. The streets are full of corpses.

According to statistics, the toxic gas leak directly or indirectly caused about 575,000 deaths and more than 200,000 people were disabled. Faced with so many bodies of the victims, the Indian government was able to send troops to maintain order, collect all the bodies and cremate them centrally. India has sued U.S. companies, but has only received hundreds of millions of dollars in "low-cost" compensation.
Investigating the cause of the Bhopal gas leak, it is impossible to avoid the word profit. In order to pursue profit, American capitalism opened pesticide factories in India with the mentality of as long as there are no accidents in the country, which eventually caused this tragedy.
