  In recent years, in view of the development status of the aluminum and copper industries in the region and the "urgent, difficult, and longing" problems faced by enterprises, the market supervision department of Inner Mongolia has actively explored the circular production of energy and minerals, in the circular production of enterprises, the circular combination of industries, and the circular development of the park, and has built two green and low-carbon circular development standard systems for the aluminum industry and copper industry, including nearly 1,500 key standards required by the industry, to ensure the green development of the aluminum and copper industry chain and the whole life cycle of products.   "Mengzihao" chain: integration leads the crystalline silicon industry

  Desertification control and photovoltaic have always had innate complementary advantages of resources, and crystalline silicon materials are the front end and foundation of the photovoltaic industry. In order to promote the solution of key quality and technical problems in the development of the crystalline silicon industry, the Market Supervision Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has made overall use of metrology, standards, inspection and testing, certification, quality management and other elements, and has achieved phased results in the pilot construction of the national quality infrastructure integrated service base in Baotou City.

  At the beginning of April, the State Administration for Market Regulation dispatched the pilot construction of the national quality infrastructure integrated service base in the form of video conference, and Inner Mongolia made a typical speech as a representative of the pilot project.

  Liu Yong, director of the Quality Development Bureau of the Autonomous Region Market Supervision Bureau, introduced that since the pilot project of the National Quality Infrastructure Integration Service Base (crystalline silicon materials) was approved for construction, the Baotou Inspection and Testing Center and the two joint construction units of Inner Mongolia Tongwei and Hongyuan New Materials have achieved many results in accordance with the work idea of "exploration, practice, construction and summary". Including the investigation and visit of 13 photovoltaic head enterprises, drawing "two maps and three orders", that is, the industrial chain panorama and quality map, the list of quality problems in 17 process links in 8 major fields of the industrial chain, and the corresponding list of 38 key research projects and 30 quality policy tools, to help industrial chain enterprises sort out 58 national standards and 150 technical parameters in related fields.

  In accordance with the working concept of "the laboratory is built on the industrial chain", Inner Mongolia has built a new 5,000-square-meter laboratory in the industrial park of Baotou City, and opened and shared 51 sets of large-scale instruments and equipment. Accurately meet the needs of the industry, 16 new social public measurement standards, 35 technical capabilities in 9 professional fields such as precision geometric quantities and mechanical dynamic quantities, and 302 CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) parameters have been added. He has led the formulation of 26 group standards and 18 provincial-level local measurement technical specifications.

  In order to optimize the supply of services, Inner Mongolia has opened a "green channel" for crystalline silicon industry technical services relying on the public service platform of quality infrastructure - "Baojian Road", and the platform data has realized the interconnection with the major technology platforms of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and is open to upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain free of charge, realizing resource sharing, technology sharing, and information sharing, and building a "one-stop" technical service system with "online and offline" collaboration and linkage of the whole industrial chain and all elements of quality. At present, there are 3,296 registered enterprises on the "Baojian Road" platform, 38 testing institutions have signed contracts, and a total of 45,000 technical services have been provided.

  Patches of checkered sand barriers have been rolled out in an all-round way, and the "Great Wall of Photovoltaics" has been concentrated and connected, and crystalline silicon projects have sprung up...... In May, all walks of life in Inner Mongolia rushed to meet the construction deadline and schedule, accelerated the implementation of the "five major tasks", worked hard to build the brand of Inner Mongolia, made every effort to promote high-quality economic development, and ran towards the goal of breaking a new road and entering the middle stream.
