A total of 182 athletes from 37 teams composed of commanders and fighters of the Huangpu fire rescue team and miniature fire stations of various streets and key units competed in the same field and competed for the winning positions in 8 competitions.

100 meters load

100-meter tackling skills
The project evolved from the National Fire Vocational Skills Competition, with a total length of 100 meters, set up 4 parts of air breathing apparatus wearing, using hydraulic dilators to transfer items, knot operation, and 40-meter sprint running, requiring athletes to wear air breathing apparatus at 20 meters and complete the air supply, and then start the hydraulic expander at 40 meters and complete the transfer of items, complete the production of 6 knots such as a single set of waist knots and coil knots at 60 meters, and finally carry out a 40-meter impact run to reach the finish line.
Each link of the project simulates the common personal tackling techniques at the rescue site, and comprehensively tests the comprehensive rescue ability of commanders and fighters.
200 meters of double branch line
The competition is the explosive power of the fighters. Competitors are required to wear emergency rescue suits, training rubber boots, training helmets, belts, and two 65mm feeder hoses.

The project is participated by the members of the miniature fire station in each street, marking the starting line and the finish line on the flat ground with a length of 50M, placing an electric cutting machine, a manual bolt cutter, an anti-theft window and an anti-theft door (with an anti-theft chain lock), and a dummy. Operators are required to wear personal protective equipment such as fire fighting and rescue suits and protective boots. When the command "start" is heard, the three operators work together to complete the demolition of the anti-theft doors and windows according to the division of tasks, and lift the dummy to the finish line.
The project mainly tests whether the personnel of the miniature fire station are proficient in the use of equipment and equipment to destroy and rescue people in the early stage of the fire.
4*100m fire relay
The project was completed by 4 firefighters, using the fire water cannon as the baton, and the 4 commanders and fighters were required to complete the tasks of carrying foam buckets, carrying dummies, shouldering gas canisters and laying two belts and one gun in the 100-meter sprint, and the last 1 commander sprint to the finish line was the final result.
This project has high requirements for the explosiveness, arm strength and core strength of the commanders and fighters, and requires extremely strong weight-bearing endurance, and at the same time tests the unity and tacit understanding of the four commanders and fighters in the baton handover.
Use fire extinguishers and wall-mounted fire hydrants to deal with initial fire drills
The project is a fire drill for the use of fire extinguishers and wall-type fire hydrants to deal with the initial fire drills by members of micro fire stations of key units in Huangpu District.
After hearing the start command, Officer 1 ran to the 30M equipment line to get the dry powder fire extinguisher, and then ran to the finish line. Crews 2 and 3 ran to the 30M equipment line, and according to the operation essentials of one belt and one gun with the help of someone, they took one belt and one shot to the finish line.
The project mainly tests the use of fire extinguishers and wall hydrants by the members of the miniature fire station to quickly deal with the initial fire. In recent years, as the smallest fire protection organization unit in the construction of key units and communities in fire safety, micro fire stations have played an important role in the rescue of various initial fire accidents.
200 meters three people with seven belts
The total length of the project is 200 meters, and three athletes jointly complete the connection of seven 20-meter trunk hoses. The 3 commanders start from the starting point, sprint to the hose placement area, and connect the hoses according to their respective rankings, and the final result is based on the time when the last commander crosses the finish line.
This project simulates the hose connection during the long-distance water supply at the fire fighting and rescue site, which tests the fast and accurate connection of the athletes' hoses, and also tests the tacit understanding between the athletes.
Group jump rope
The collective rope skipping event requires 10 commanders and fighters to participate, of which 2 are responsible for shaking the rope and 8 people are jumping rope, and the number of rope laps jumped in the 3-minute competition time determines the final result.
The project tests the unity and tacit understanding of the fighters, and the rhythm and frequency need to be consistent at all times.
