He and the grizzly bear met late, and devoted the rest of his life to the bear for the rest of his life until he and his girlfriend were eaten by the grizzly bear, and his video recorder recorded their desperate, miserable screams and cries as they were torn apart.

This is an animal protectionist known as the "Grizzly Man", American Timothy Tridwell.

He is an unknown second-rate actor, as a self-proclaimed loving man, he grew up loving small animals, and teddy bears are his favorite stuffed animals.

Tridwell's acting career was not smooth, and he did not take on any memorable roles.

For him, the joy of the dog age was indulgence in a bohemian life of indulgence, and alcohol and drugs once messed up his brain.

His childhood love of animals led him to live in Alaska for a time, during which time he lived with bears.

According to Tridwell, being close to animals and nature led him to come back from the dead from drug addiction and alcohol addiction.

Many people don't understand him, because grizzly bears are very dangerous animals, and in reality, they are not cute baby bears in Disney cartoons, nor are they pure and shy herbivores.

The grizzly bear, which is adjacent to Tridwell, is one of the largest carnivorous mammals on land, reaching a length of two meters and eight meters, and both males and females are muscular, with raised shoulders and backs, and thick hair.

The forearms of grizzly bears are very powerful and can grasp more than ten centimeters long. Their claws are rough and blunt, which can cause great damage.

There was once a record of the Grizzlies' palm power, which can reach a staggering 1,600 kilograms when he hits with all his strength, twice as much as boxing champion Tyson at his peak.

Tridwell is fascinated by the grizzly bear's power.

Since 1989, he has traveled annually to Alaska National Parks, sometimes with him his girlfriend, the two of whom take videos, take notes, set up camp, and spend the summer vacationing with wild grizzly bears.

The days with the grizzly bear can make him forget all kinds of troubles, and Tridwell seems to be guided by God to find the purpose and meaning of the rest of his life.

With 35,000 of these beasts in Alaska, Treadwell is undoubtedly an enthusiastic and competent animal protection volunteer who has helped grizzly bears fight poaching, protested state inaction and raised awareness through videos and self-promotions.

Tridwell built a prestige among like-minded people, and he gathered a group of friends to form the Bear People Association in the Alaska Conservation Area, which held voluntary lectures for children who came to camp to promote anti-poaching ideas and knowledge.

He even published a book called Grizzly Bear, in which he showed many photographs of grizzly bears up close.

He lived such a life for thirteen years, long and fulfilling, and Tridwell and his girlfriend took more than a hundred hours of recorded video about the "grizzly bear" population.

The change occurred in October 2003.

A few days before the accident, a seaplane engineer named Willie Fulton received a call from Tridwell and made an appointment for Fulton to take him and his girlfriend home.

When Fulton arrives at the pick-up location, he never sees Tridwell and his girlfriend, he realizes that something is wrong, sets up a plane and starts looking for the couple, only to find a wolf settlement and a grizzly bear eating human corpses...

That afternoon, Fulton took the sanctuary's rangers and, according to records, returned to Treadwell's settlement, where they killed the man-eating grizzly bear with weapons and found the fragmented remains of two adult humans in its stomach.

There is no doubt that some of it belongs to Tridwell.

Afterwards, the investigation team looked at the scene and found that the camera was still working when the two were attacked by grizzly bears.

Since the camera is obscured, only the audio of grizzly attacks and human wails is left in the machine.

This six-minute audio is known as the "Timothy's Death Recording".

A long time later, Herzog, the winning director of the Berlin "Golden Bear", learned the story.

In 2005, he edited and sorted out the documentary "Grizzly Man" about Tredwell's life based on the video left by Tredwell.

Tridwell's unfulfilled acting dream in his life was actually fulfilled in this way after his death, and this time, he finally became the leading actor.

Director Herzog said this in "Grizzly Man":

"It's hard for me to forget, on every grizzly bear I ever photographed in the face of Treadwell... I only saw the great indifference of nature, whose eyes were only lazily looking at food, but Tridwell saw it as a friend and a savior. ”

Some people commented that Tridwell was incompatible with the secular society of mankind, and only by escaping the hustle and bustle of the big city, in a place far from human beings and close to nature, could he find his heart and live the heroic life that his heart dreamed of.

Tridwell is likely to be a person with severe psychological disorders, he has no scientific foundation, and the purpose of pursuing grizzly bears is not for scientific research, but more like a rebellion against human social identity, a sustenance to the religious belief of "grizzly bears".

In the eyes of the world, Tridwell is a crazy and paranoid person, but it may be a blessing to be able to love the bear in this life, and finally bear it.
