2020 marks the 550th anniversary of Wen Zhengming's birth. The National Museum of Tokyo, Japan, and the Calligraphy Museum jointly held the Ming Dynasty calligrapher and painter Wen Zhengming Exhibition, exhibiting the existing works of Wen Zhengming in Japan and the calligraphy that was active in the same era, and exploring the charm of Wen Zhengming and introducing its influence on future generations, including Wen Zhengming's "Cursive Thousand Character Scrolls" and "Nine Song Scrolls of The Book of Letters".
