When this technology is used on the battlefield, it will destroy the enemy invisibly, and it can achieve military goals without losing a single soldier.
After this plan was discovered and exposed by Russia, it attracted widespread attention from all walks of life in the international community and condemned such behavior. In fact, as a State party to the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) and a depositary State, the United States is a serious violation of the BWC.
However, in the case of conclusive evidence, the United States began to quibble again, claiming: We have indeed conducted such research and obtained patents, but have not yet produced and used them. Where is the violation of the term "Convention"? In addition, this study is the behavior of private companies and corporations in the United States, and has nothing to do with our federal government.
In fact, the United States has always avoided the important and shirked its responsibility for such problems. As we all know, the United States has the most biological laboratories in the world, and after the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the United States has established more than 50 biological laboratories in Ukraine. It is difficult not to suspect that the US military is working on biological weapons against the Russian army in Ukrainian biological laboratories.

Russia's representative to the United Nations, Nebenja, also said that Russian troops have found dozens of drones in the Kherson region that may be equipped with sprays of biological and chemical weapons. In the face of these strong facts, the Russian side demanded an investigation into Ukrainian biological laboratories.
However, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said the UN has no authority to investigate US laboratories in Ukraine. It is clear that the United Nations has now become a tool used by the United States to manipulate countries around the world. There is no place or voice in international affairs. Wanting the United Nations to investigate the actions of the United States is tantamount to a fantasy!
U.S. research on biological weapons raises ethical and international security concerns. Moreover, the "virus weapon" of research is put on the battlefield, which seriously threatens global biosecurity and human health, and will cause incalculable catastrophic consequences.
To this end, we call on all countries in the world not to succumb to the so-called "dollar hegemony", but to actively carry out technical assessments and, if necessary, conduct international independent investigations into US biological militarization activities.
