Recently, Huang Jian, director of the Guilin Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, led the relevant leading cadres of the Municipal Bureau and the Lingui District Market Supervision Bureau to Guilin Yuxing Food Co., Ltd. to inspect and guide its preparation as an observation point for the 2021 Autonomous Region Fresh Wet Rice Flour Quality and Safety Improvement Work Site.

Accompanied by the person in charge of Guilin Yuxing Food Co., Ltd., Huang Jian and his party learned in detail about the guilin rice noodle culture corridor, the Guilin rice noodle experience area, the fresh wet rice noodle supervision work display area, and the fresh wet rice noodle 100-level clean production workshop and other functional areas of the venue layout and the planning and design of the visiting route, listened carefully to the progress report of the preliminary work deployment, and put forward specific requirements for the preparation of the on-site meeting. Huang Jian stressed: First, enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility, to ensure that the site will be prepared and orderly; second, food production enterprises should strictly perform the main responsibility of food safety, strengthen brand building, and strengthen quality improvement; third, the regulatory authorities should firmly establish the concept of safe development, implement the "four strictest" standards, and ensure that the food quality and safety level of our city is significantly improved.
