Since then, driven by Luo Minggui and other first batch of farmers, more and more farmers have grown loquats in Miyi County, gradually forming a scale. Longhua Village is among the list of 100 million yuan villages in the national rural characteristic industry announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2020, and the total annual sales income of loquats in the village exceeds 100 million yuan, and most of the villagers live in beautiful small bungalows, becoming a well-known "100 million yuan village".

In 2017, Miyi loquat was approved as a national geographical indication protection product. In recent years, Miyi County has vigorously promoted the standardized production of loquat, widely promoted a large number of agricultural technologies such as soil testing formula fertilization, ripening of loquat control, green prevention and control of diseases and pests, etc., and strengthened the supervision and traceability of loquat quality and safety. Now it has formed three concentrated and continuous production bases of grassland, Binggu and Baima, and loquat has become one of the important sources to promote the income of local farmers.

Pinduoduo merchant Long Jianchao is a native of Miyi, and in 2016, he and five or six friends started an e-commerce business, becoming one of the first merchants to settle in Pinduoduo.

In the selection of fruit categories, they locked their eyes on the rice loquat they were more familiar with. "At first, many northern friends did not know what kind of fruit loquat was, but after buying it once, they liked it, and there were more old customers who bought back in our store." With the good reputation of Miyi Loquat, Long Jianchao's store is gradually on the right track, from the initial dozens of catties per day, to thousands of catties per day, if you participate in activities such as platform flash sales, daily sales can reach tens of thousands of catties.
