The fifteenth appreciation of the famous Pomeranian estate in France: dry red wine of the Château de Langclor

Wine name: Chateau l'Enclos, Pomerol, France

This wine is the original wine of the Château de Langcroux appellation on the right bank of Bordeaux, France. With an average annual production of about 2,000 cases, Longclo wines are now a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec, and the grapes used in the winemaking are harvested from vines with an average age of 38 years in the garden. When these grapes reach the ideal ripening state, the winery will use manual methods to pick, and the harvested grapes will be screened, broken, and then placed in a fermentation tank with temperature control function for fermentation. The resulting fermented wine is then aged for 12-18 months in 50% new French oak barrels before being bottled inside the winery. Longcroix wines are deep in colour, condensed in flavours and well balanced for ageing.

Professional Wine Review: This 2011 Vintage of Chateau Longcrough Dry Red has a soft taste, fruity aromas of plums and cherries, and you can feel the smell of bread and toast when you enter the mouth, with a long aftertaste, clear wine, medium body and balanced structure. - "The Wine Observer"

About the winery: Chateau L'Enclos is located in the Pomerol wine region on the right bank of Bordeaux, France. In the late 19th century, pierre Larrocaud, the owner of the winery at the time, decided to build a castle symbolizing the Club-Elite in the heart of the original vineyard, which is the girondinary building with the Girondin architectural style that people see today. The majestic and solemn architecture of the chateau also represents the high quality of the winery's wines, which has been passed down to the 10th generation of heirs under the management of the La Rocco family. In 2007, stephen Adams, a wealthy American businessman, and his wife Denise Adams acquired the winery with great passion for Bordeaux wines. The Adams are renowned wine connoisseurs in Bordeaux who run the winery with the hope of producing the best and most complex wines in the world.
