A contestant from the LEGO Masters variety show found his dream job as a LEGO Group designer in Billund, Denmark.
Tom Gerardin (pictured below, right) appeared in the Second Season of the British version of LEGO Masters, where he and partner Nathan Stewart were eliminated in the second episode, but Tom told brick lovers at the time that he "will one day become a LEGO designer".

This is all the result of his own efforts. Tom is also a member of the LEGO Idea 10K Club, and he brought his "Super Invincible Boss Dog" work to the third round of 2020 review on the LEGO Idea platform. He revealed on social media that he had just been offered a job on the design team of the LEGO Group in Denmark.
"When I was four years old, I received my first LEGO set (7200 Final Duel I) and from then on, it was my dream to be a LEGO designer," Tom wrote on social media.
"Growing up with this dream, I received a lot of advice from school and university teachers telling me that it was impossible to achieve, or that it wasn't a real job, or trying to shake my dreams and make me want to do something else, but Lego was my dream and no one could change it."
Congratulations to him, if he has a dream, he must stick to it, in case it is realized.
