Yesterday's review: Since I did eat too much last night, I woke up at nine o'clock this morning without feeling hungry at all, and I planned to do a exercise on an empty stomach and eat lunch 🥣 directly when the time came

With my friends, I did some fasting training on and off, and it was about 11 o'clock, but my stomach was still not hungry at all.

But thinking that it was not good to go directly to the bath, I ate a bite of flower cake, half a bag of nuts, a bag of sticky rice pots, drank some hot water, and happily went to take a bath and prepare for lunch.

After the meal I had two more ice creams, I was guilty!
