Yesterday's lunch, dinner and today's breakfast.

Morning: black coffee, five rice, cucumber d ¥ half a stick, celery boiled fish.

Lunch: Mix cucumber, boiled tofu, potato roast duck, boiled fish, radish lean broth.

Evening: Stir-fried cabbage, stewed eggplant, boiled tofu, steamed egg d ¥ meat fried beans.
