On April 27, the Board of Directors of the Taiwan Stock Exchange of Taiwan held an initial application for the first listing on the Stock Innovation Board through PlayNitride Inc. Zichuang Technology is expected to become the first listed company on the "Taiwan Innovation Board".

According to the official website information, Zichuang Technology was established in 2014, through innovative research and development technology and diversified business models, has now become one of the leading manufacturers in the field of MicroLED technology.

According to the relevant prospectus, the capital of Zichuang Technology is about NT$1.008 billion (about 22.7 billion yuan), and its main business is the research and development, manufacturing and sales of nitride semiconductor materials related applications, and its main products are Chip on Carrier and Micro LED related products.

According to the financial report, in 2020, The Company lost NT$1.494 billion (about RMB336 million), and in 2021, it still lost NT$1.218 billion (about RMB274 million).

In recent years, with the rapid development of Mini/Micro LED technology, Mini LED has entered the commercialization, and Micro LED, as the industry's recognized ultimate display technology, has also become a key layout area for major LED manufacturers, panel manufacturers and consumer electronics leaders.

As a leading technology enterprise in the field of Micro LED, Zichuang Technology has also been favored by various industrial capitals.

Relevant information shows that in 2018 and 2020, Each completed a fundraising of 50 million US dollars, including jingdian, Samsung, AUO and other heavyweight factories have invested, of which Samsung is the largest shareholder, holding more than 20% of the shares, and jingdian also has nearly 20% of the shares.

At the 2019 SID Annual Exhibition, Tianma Micro launched the independently developed LTPSAM Mini LED HDR liquid crystal display product and the world's first 7.56" AM Micro LED display with a transmittance rate of more than 60%, which was jointly developed with Zhenchuang Technology.

In April 2020, AUO announced that it has jointly released a 9.4-inch high-resolution flexible Micro LED display with Chitron Technology. AUO introduced that the product uses LTPS backplane drive technology, so that each pixel can drive light independently, and up to 5.5 million Micro LEDs less than 30μm are successfully transferred to the LTPS plastic backplane with high-speed giant transfer technology, achieving an ultra-high pixel density of 228 PPI.

It also showcased a number of Micro LED display products at SID2021, including an 89-inch 5K bendable Micro LED display, a 7.56-inch transparent Micro LED display, a 1.39-inch round Micro LED wearable display, and a 0.39-inch silicon-based Micro LED display.

It is understood that the 89-inch bendable MicroLED display is based on a PCB board and consists of 168 modules spliced. It has a bending radius of 2500mm, a pixel pitch of 0.43mm, a resolution of 5040×1440 (59 PPI), a size of 32:9, and a brightness of more than 2000nits.

At the previous Touch Taiwan 2022 exhibition, Zhenchuang exhibited a number of theme areas, including large display billboards, automotive fields and consumer electronics areas.
