Fourth year! Huawei's "Genius Youth" recruitment program is launched again!
Yesterday, Huawei's recruitment WeChat public account released a message to once again recruit talented teenagers from all over the world.
Previously, on March 28, Guo Ping, huawei's rotating chairman, introduced at the 2021 performance briefing that in 2020 and 2021, Huawei recruited a total of 26,000 fresh graduates, including many "talented teenagers" defined by Huawei.
Huawei said in this recruitment revelation that the global "genius youth" recruitment plan is not limited to academic qualifications and schools. Mainly for mathematics, computer, physics, materials, chips, intelligent manufacturing, chemistry and other related fields.
Huawei said it would provide these outstanding talents with "world-class challenging topics, mentors, and a global vision and platform"
Well, 5 times the salary.
By the standards of the past few years, this means that the maximum annual salary for inclusion in the program can reach 2 million yuan.
Ren Zhengfei, the head of Huawei, has always had his own unique views on the use of personnel. In his view, "more money is given, and not only talents become talents."
"Whether it is to survive or to develop, talent is the most critical."
In June 2019, Huawei founder and CEO Ren Zhengfei signed an internal document proposing for the first time the "Genius Youth" recruitment plan to recruit outstanding young people from all over the world.
"These talented teenagers are like 'loaches', drilling into Huawei's organization and activating Huawei's team," the document said.
Previously, Ren Zhengfei proposed at the Huawei R&D Graduate Recruitment Forum, "2021-2022 is our strategic research year, and the strategic focus should be pressed to the front end, not only maintaining the normal R&D budget, but also adding billions of dollars to the research and development funds." From the perspective of the strategic pattern, we must have a 'new stream' coming in, so that our veins are flowing with the surging blood of youth."
It is reported that the salaries of talents who enter Huawei through the "Genius Teenager" recruitment plan are paid according to the annual salary system, with a total of three grades, namely 896,000-1.008 million yuan, 1.405 million-1.565 million yuan, and 1.82 million-2.01 million yuan.

Everyone in the "Gifted Youth" program has their own "unique skills" and is all the best in each school.
Now, let's look back at the two students who recently joined the "Genius Junior" program and see what kind of people they are
Fudan Dr. Lin Tian
At the beginning of this year, Huawei announced the first talented teenager of 2022.
He is Lin Tian, who studied both at the School of Information Science and Engineering at Fudan University.
Lin Tian and Huawei's acquaintance began in 2019.
He received Huawei's attention after publishing papers in top international journals in 2019. After contacting and understanding, Huawei also established a cooperative scientific research project with Lin Tian's laboratory.
Now, he has completed the signing of the contract with Huawei, and will join Huawei's wireless products division after graduation to continue to work in the field of 5G communications.
Jiang Kui, Wuhan University
In September 2021, Jiang Kui of Wuhan University was selected for Huawei's "Genius Teenagers" program.
