Evergrande's first SUV, Hengchi 5, previously implemented a new car landing in Tianjin and is expected to complete mass production in late June. On April 21, Xu Jiayin, founder of Evergrande, also personally experienced Hengchi 5 at the event site of the new car release, and after the experience, he called out: Beautiful, really beautiful!
As the first model of Evergrande Group, Hengchi 5 is positioned as a compact SUV, which is personally operated by Maruyama Gonggu, the design master who designed the Nissan GTR series. The classic R35 series sports car is from this master's hand, so it can be found that hengchi 5 is still good in appearance.
The shape of the new car hits the face of the Porsche Cayenne, although positioned as a compact SUV but the overall style is more stretched. In the front part of the car, the unique "T" shaped daytime running lights are eye-catching enough, and the far and near light groups directly below are embedded in it, and the bottom is designed with a closed grille, which is quite textured after blackening.
On the side of the body, the full waist line with hidden door handles, the double-colored body is simple and beautiful, supplemented by a black top, and the overall sense of recognition is very strong. The tail also uses a "T" shaped daily running light, and the narrow tail light group directly below is even more unique.
In terms of interior, the new car is equipped with a three-frame steering wheel, with a 10.25-inch dashboard + 14.6-inch large screen + 10.25-inch co-driver screen, which is very highly technological.
In terms of power, the current version of Hengchi 5 is 150kW drive motor, the acceleration time of 100 kilometers is 7.8s, and the maximum cruising range is about 600KM. If the new car can position the starting price within 150,000 yuan, it is still quite competitive compared with the competing vehicles such as Song PLUS on the current market.
