Dell today released the Precision 5470 Mobile Workstation, which is inspired by the "small body, big ideas" and carries powerful performance in a 14-inch body, making it Dell's smallest and thinnest workstation today.
At 1.48 kg (3.26 lbs), the Precision 5470 is not only Dell's smallest and thinnest workstation in the world, but also the first laptop to feature 12th generation Intel Core H-series processors, intel Evo platform certification, and support for the Intel vPro platform. The Precision 5470 can be configured with up to 64GB of DDR5 memory, 4TB of storage, and NVIDIA RTX A1000 graphics.
The Precision 5470 features a next-generation thermal management system that can be used on a compact system without affecting memory or Thunderbolt ports. Dual Opposite Outlet's patented technology helps systems achieve the high operating speeds required for complex workflows. Dell's first adhesive articulated structure accelerates hot air emissions and helps optimize system performance.
The Precision 5470 features an immersive 14-inch, four-sided Infinity Edge display with TUV-certified ComfortView Plus low-blue filter hardware for lossless reproduction of creative authenticity.
The Precision 5470 features high-speed Wi-Fi 6E connectivity and takes advantage of Precision's proprietary Dell Optimizer Dell Smart Tuning software to further improve the intelligence of the system. This AI-based software learns how users work and responds to user needs, automatically tuning application performance, battery life, audio settings, and privacy protection.
