The Two Li brothers live in The Qingpu District of Shanghai and usually make a living by transporting and selling vegetables and fruits. Due to the surge in demand for vegetables and fruits during the epidemic, the Li brothers illegally profited more than 10,000 yuan in just a few days. But their illegal behavior was soon discovered, and on April 14, when they were carrying supplies at the gate of a community in Qingpu District, they were recognized by a crowd and called the police after their documents were in doubt.

The Qingpu police took criminal compulsory measures against the two in accordance with the law, and filed a case for investigation on suspicion of forging official documents of state organs, and the procuratorial organs intervened in advance at the first time.
