Zheng Guobin
Born in November 1954 in Zhenyuan County, Gansu Province. He is a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a director of the 3rd Gansu Calligraphers Association, a vice chairman of the 4th Calligraphy Professional Committee of the Gansu Calligraphers Association, the first batch of judges of the Gansu Calligraphers Association, and an art consultant of the Gansu Provincial Foundation for the Elderly. In 2007 and 2014, he held a personal calligraphy exhibition, in 2019, he held a "Pilgrimage to Dunhuang - The Belt and Road" Dunhuang Calligraphy Exhibition, and successively published "Zheng Guobin Calligraphy Collection" and "Zheng Guobin Xiaokai Anthology".
Zheng Guobin has been associated with calligraphy since he was a child, and has been associated with calligraphy for more than 60 years. In February this year, Zheng Guobin donated 10 pieces of calligraphy created in the past two decades to the Gansu Provincial Museum. Among them, there are 2008 100-meter-long scrolls of Tang poems created for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, including large letters, small letters, cursive letters, etc., totaling more than 500,000 words, which are permanently collected by the Provincial Museum.
