Ma Liangfen is a member of the China Artists Association, a standing director of the China Women Painters Association, the vice president of the Hebei Provincial Art Education Society, the deputy director of the Printmaking Art Committee of the Hebei Artists Association, the vice president of the Hebei Academy of Printmaking, the vice chairman of the Cangzhou Artists Association, the president of the Cangzhou Academy of Painting, a first-class artist, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Cangzhou Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

As a printmaker, Ma Liangfen has always stood at the forefront of scholarship and achieved great achievements. In October 2009, he held a personal print exhibition in the main exhibition hall of Beijing Today Art Museum; in 2014, two works were selected for the "12th National Art Exhibition Provincial Exhibition", of which the work "Life of Yidong" was selected for the "12th National Art Exhibition"; in 2016, he organized and participated in the "Deep Water Yixiang - Chinese Female Printmakers Exhibition"; in 2019, he was selected by the China Artists Association to study in the International Art City in Paris, France, and held a two-person group exhibition in the Paris International Art City; in 2020, it was held at the Dongyue Art Museum in Beijing" Tongsheng And This and That - Chinese (Chinese) Love (Erlan) Female Painters Invitation Exhibition" (Chinese painter Ma Liangfen, Irish painter Ruilian), sponsored by the Irish Embassy; in December 2021, a solo exhibition of "The Heart of the Sun - Ma Liangfen Painting Exhibition" was held at the Hebei Art Museum.

The knife in Ma Liangfen's hand followed the place where his heart went, fluttering on the wooden board, using color to express his thoughts about the confrontation and harmony of life. She was obsessed with the blade marks and slowly poured out the knife to the plank. Ma Liangfen's paintings aim to pursue subjective expression, even exaggerating and amplifying subjective feelings to a large extent. At the same time, it also subtly injects poetry and cultural connotations into the works, so that the knife technique and brushstrokes are mixed with meaningful and evocative elements, so that the picture loads a corresponding sense of depth.

Ma Liangfen examines nature with female characters, looks back at the confused and youthful years, and the works are filled with dreamlike emotions. In the process of creation, she also strives to maintain the rare attribute of children's painting, filtering and highly summarizing the natural and complex world with her own simple subjective emotions, and then recreating a magical world. She brings together objects placed in different time and space into pictures that can be felt by visual perception; integrates the complex and chaotic elements into a certain order; condenses the release and impulse of emotions into a strong force, and finally carries information beyond the object itself between the knife technique and the brushstroke.

Ma Liangfen has a strong artistic style, does not deliberately pursue style, and strives to excavate herself. She portrays each work with love and emotion, so the works are simple, unrestrained, passionate and unmasked, and the dotted surfaces, black and white gray, and volumetric space are all used by her. In her works, there are no lies, only sincerity; no flattery, only spiritual perception, like an empty ship, intersecting with all things in tranquility, beyond the limitations of human beings, one with nature, expressing love, transmitting love, and having a heart towards the sun.
