From the perspective of target models, the Regulations apply to pure electric passenger cars with a body length of less than 4 meters.

The evaluation content of the "Regulations" is also moderately condensed and simplified on the basis of the original C-NCAP and CCRT, and the simplified evaluation mainly includes three sections: collision safety, use safety and battery life charging.
Considering factors such as body size and cost price, the content of the "Regulations" evaluation is simpler than that of ordinary model evaluation items. But even so, it basically covers the main car demands and car use specifications of consumers.

With the increase of market recognition, micro-electric vehicles quickly occupy market share, but there are almost no professional platforms to give micro-electric vehicle systems, formal evaluation. Under the increasingly large product composition, safety accidents occur frequently, exposing the safety shortcomings of Hongguang MINIEV and even the micro-electric vehicle group.
The safety issues of the micro-electric vehicle market have also made relevant government departments and industry organizations pay more attention to the evaluation of the performance of micro-vehicle products and the technical improvement of future products.
