The sentence form is labeled: nN-ddV. The first 2 words, whether fN, cN, bN, nt, refer to different nouns. Words 3 and 4 are adverbs, modifying the last predicate verb. For example: hut - also can - fu, noun noun --- adverb adverb + verb.
It can be seen as a subject-predicate sentence form for a 2-3 structure: hut - also can be endowed
So, adding 2 words, what will change? Let's take Du Fu's Seven Laws as an example.
1. Add modified nouns in front

2. Add nouns in front
I don't think there is any difference between this sentence and the former.
For example: Yaoguan - the dangerous road is now far away, the dangerous road of Yaoguan. It is also the first 2 words to modify 3 and 4 words. It's just that the structure of the 3 and 4 characters is a little different, not nN, but fN, adjectives + nouns: dangerous road, hanjiang.
Interesting is the lower link: Yu Chi - The Han River is flowing steadily. Yu chisel is also a modifier 3 or 4 characters. The difference is that in ancient poetry, Yu Chisel is seen both as a subject-verb structure: NV, and often as a noun group: NN. For example, this poem and the yaoguan battle are regarded as nouns against the battle nouns.

Another example is Ma Dai's "Ji su Yao Shi Otaku Huai Yong Le Zai Yin Shi Yu", Yu Chisel against the Battle Of The Divine Traces:

The cave is closed to the ancient, and the river is chiseled deep.
Woodcutters should be full of Guo, fairy birds a few nests of forest.

Yu Chisel is also viewed as a subject-predicate structure, for example, in Zhao Yanzhao's (Tang) poem "Fenghe Sacred System Climbing the High Peak of Lishan Mountain", Dayu fights against the giant spirit, chisels against battle kai:
The imperial love is all over the nine, and the imperial family is stationed in Zhaohui.
If the road turns with the sky, people are suspicious of recent days.

3. The first and second words are regarded as the first word of the five words, and the words 3 and 4 are regarded as the second word of the five words
This explanation seems a bit puzzling. Reading the poems will be clearer.
Hu Tong - the end - is still difficult to have, Chu Nu - waist - is also pitiful.
Note that the end is a noun not a verb, meaning clothing attire. These two sentences can be reduced to: child-bundle-is still difficult to have, and female-waist-is also pitiful. It means that Hu Tong is regarded as a word: tong, and the end is regarded as a word: a bundle (a belt such as a belt).
From Du Fu's Seven Sayings and Sayings of Qingming:
New smoke rises from the new fire, and the lake is clean of passenger ships in spring.

4. Add the place name as a modifier in front
This one, in fact, is also the same as the first and second kinds.
For example: Chen Liu Ruan Yu who competes for the long, Jing Zhaotian Lang saw the move early. Chen Liu and Jing Zhao are specifically referred to the ground, and bX means that it is actually a kind of noun.
From the tang dynasty poet Du Fu's ancient poem "Nine Judges Of Gifting Fields":
The envoys of Kun Gong went to Qingxiao, and Helong descended to the holy pilgrimage of the king.
