The production line came off the production line in white, marking another solid step towards mass production of HiPhi Z.
Since its official debut in November last year, The HiPhi Z has attracted media and user attention with its sci-fi futuristic "digital mecha" appearance and the smart cockpit equipped with the "digital soul" HiPhi Bot. On the HiPhi Z, Gaohe Auto not only presents a digital GT from the future, but also raises the level of vehicle development and manufacturing to a new height. Among them, the body-in-white body of the production line that came off the production line this time reflects its unique innovation in process and design.
In order to realize the unique design of the Star Ring ISD light curtain on the HiPhi Z body, two irregular and sleek and smooth strip grooves need to be outlined on both sides of the body. Engineers have pioneered the application of riveting and welding processes to the body-in-white, replacing the traditional hemming process and achieving an innovative structure that can meet the ISD light curtain installation of hidden outer water cut sheet metal without weakening the structural strength. Structural steel with a thickness of up to 1.5 mm was added to the side waistline to further ensure the stiffness and structural safety at the side ISD light curtain.
At the same time, The iconic two-door design of Gaohe Automobile has also been completely retained, in order to better balance safety and body durability, engineers have optimized the body structure design, support and articulation structure of the door opening, so that the service life of the door opening reaches more than 10,000 times. In addition, the four doors and door anti-collision bars of the whole car are made of 7 series aviation aluminum alloy, and the bending resistance is as high as 16,000 N, which effectively improves the lateral passive safety factor of the body. At the same time, the body cleverly applies the combination of high-pressure cast aluminum and low-die-casting aluminum process, which not only improves the local rigidity and stability of the vehicle, but also realizes the lightweight of the body, laying a solid foundation for the safety and sportiness of the vehicle.
From the HiPhi X steel and aluminum hybrid body that received the "C-NCAP Five-Star Safety Evaluation" to the innovative body of the new digital GTHiPhi Z, Gaohe Automobile once again proves the brand spirit of continuous exploration and love to create. At present, the mass production of Gaohe HiPhi Z is advancing in an orderly manner and will be officially delivered within this year.
