Since its official debut in November last year, the HiPhi Z has attracted media and user attention with its sci-fi futuristic "digital mecha" appearance and intelligent cockpit equipped with "digital soul" HiPhi Bot. On the HiPhi Z, Gaohe Auto not only presents a digital GT from the future, but also raises the level of vehicle development and manufacturing to a new level. Among them, the body-in-white body of the production line that came off the production line this time reflects its unique innovation in process and design.
In order to achieve the unique design of the Star Ring ISD light curtain on the Body of the HiPhi Z, two irregular and sleek and smooth strip grooves need to be outlined on both sides of the body. Engineers broke through the process of blending riveting and welding to the body-in-white, replacing the traditional hemming process and achieving an innovative structure that could meet the ISD light curtain installation with hidden outer water cut sheet metal without weakening the structural strength. Structural steel up to 1.5mm thick is added to the side waistline to further ensure stiffness and structural safety at the side ISD light curtain.
At the same time, The iconic two-door design of Gaohe Automobile has also been completely retained, in order to better balance safety and body durability, engineers have optimized the body structure design, support and articulation structure of the door, so that the service life of the door opening reaches more than 100,000 times. In addition, all four doors of the car are equipped with 7 series aviation aluminum door anti-collision bars, bending resistance up to 16,000 N, effectively improving the body side passive safety factor. At the same time, the body cleverly through the combination of high-pressure cast aluminum and low-die cast aluminum process, while improving the local rigidity and stability of the vehicle, but also to achieve the lightweight of the body, laying a solid foundation for the safety and sportiness of the vehicle.
