Why did you officially start the digital cultural and creative development work? Ren Ren, director of the Industrial Development Department of the Sanxingdui Management Committee and chairman of the Sanxingdui Cultural Tourism Development Company, said that this move is to make the cultural relics of Sanxingdui "alive" and strengthen the protection and utilization of Sanxingdui's intellectual property rights.
Last year, Sanxingdui "woke up again" successfully went out of the circle. Subsequently, intellectual property protection such as trademarks and copyrights of digital cultural and creative products has also become a hot topic.
"All along, the cultural and creative market has paid great attention to the digital cultural creation of Sanxingdui Museum, and before that, as a supporter, we also tried to participate in some projects, and the distribution situation was good." Ren Ren said that at present, there are also some unauthorized "Li Ghost" projects on the market, which infringe on the intellectual property rights and interests of Sanxingdui Museum and seriously affect the brand image of "Sanxingdui".
Ren Ren said that Guanghan Sanxingdui Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd., as the exclusive authorizer of the cultural and creative and intellectual property operation of sanxingdui Museum, fully carried out this solicitation activity, and based on the principle of "openness, fairness, justice and selection", focusing on the strength and experience, design ability, issuance ability and other aspects of the applicant. It is worth noting that the solicitation and review plan sets a minimum score for the design of the work, and the restriction clause that cultural creations cannot be issued in the form of cultural relics prototypes.
"We resolutely say 'no' to the digital replica of the prototype of the cultural relics body, and set a minimum design score clause, aiming to encourage and require partners to sink their minds, design and develop cultural and cultural relics with artistry, uniqueness, scarcity and cultural relics connotations, and use new technologies to promote sanxingdui culture and tell Chinese stories well." Ren Ren said.
In addition to soliciting partners and actively occupying the "digital cultural creation" product position, in the next step, Sanxingdui Museum will also entrust professional legal institutions to protect the rights of infringement of Sanxingdui's intellectual property rights in the current market, and protect and make good use of Sanxingdui's cultural heritage to the greatest extent.
