Last year, Changan Automobile's cumulative sales exceeded 1.75 million units, an increase of 16.7% year-on-year, a record high. At the same time, the product structure is gradually optimized, accounting for 70% of products above 100,000 yuan, and effectively breaking through the "ceiling" of 150,000 yuan. Thanks to the customer service "No. 1 Project", Changan Automobile ranked first in the sales satisfaction evaluation of the China Quality Association. In the first quarter of this year, Changan Automobile continued its positive development momentum, ranking second in the ranking of the top 15 enterprise groups in China's brand car sales released by the China Automobile Association with 529,000 unit sales, 0.7 million unit increments and a growth rate of 1.3%. Relying on the Beidou Tianshu plan, Changan Automobile has mastered more than 200 core technologies such as visual perception and multi-mode fusion, of which 26 technologies such as integrated adaptive cruise (IACC), remote control parking (APA5.0), and remote intelligent parking (APA6.0) were first launched in China.

Changan Automobile also announced its future development goals, by 2025, Changan Automobile's total sales will reach 4 million vehicles, of which 3 million will be under the Changan brand and 1.05 million new energy sales will reach 1.05 million, accounting for 35%. By 2030, Changan Automobile will sell 5.5 million vehicles, of which 4.5 million will be under the Changan brand, 2.7 million new energy vehicles will be sold, accounting for 60% of the total, and overseas sales will account for 30%.

At the partner conference, Zhu Huarong pointed out that Changan Automobile will achieve carbon peaking in 2027 and carbon neutrality in 2045, and promote the two major plans of "Shangri-La" and "Beidou Tianshu". In order to achieve the "double carbon goal" and transform into an intelligent low-carbon travel technology company, Changan Automobile can start a series of transformations from top to bottom.

In terms of brand, Changan Automobile will launch a new digital pure electric brand Changan Deep Blue, thus forming an exclusive brand of Avita and Changan Deep Blue dual pure electric. At the same time, Changan UNI, Changan Passenger Vehicle, Auchan and Kaicheng under Changan Automobile have all embarked on a comprehensive transformation process to electrification and electrification. It is worth noting that Changan UNI will realize brand operation and electrify all products.

In terms of products, Changan Automobile plans to launch more than 30 new energy products by 2025. Among them, the Avita brand plans 4 products, which will cover the high-end pure electric market segment, and the first model Avita 11 will be mass-produced and listed. In terms of mainstream passenger cars, a total of 21 new products, including five products of the Deep Blue brand, will be launched. In 2022, Changan Automobile will launch 5 new products, of which the Deep Blue brand will launch C385EV and C673EV, the Changan UNI brand will launch UNI-K PHEV, UNI-V PHEV two new energy products, and auchan brand will launch Z6 PHEV. In the small car market, Changan Automobile will launch 4 brand new products, and this year will launch LUMIN. In the commercial vehicle market, Changan Automobile will launch 6 new products, achieve full coverage of the mainstream bus market by 2025, and launch two new platform pickup truck products, and this year will launch the first grid logistics bus to meet the needs of express quality transportation. In addition, Changan Automobile's first hydrogen fuel cell car will also be unveiled during the year.

In terms of core technology, Changan Automobile will create a new generation of deeply integrated electric drives and breakthrough power semiconductor development and application technologies. Changan will break through 800V high voltage, oil-cooled motor and other technologies. Complete the 450V/800V all-in-one electric drive platform to meet the needs of 400-1000km ultra-wide mileage, and match the high-rate fast charging core on the 800V electric drive platform to achieve a 5-minute endurance of 150~200 kilometers.

At the same time, Changan Automobile will continue to strengthen the integrated design of energy consumption to further reduce the energy consumption of the whole vehicle. Changan Automobile will also break through the integrated technology of battery chassis and accelerate the research and development and industrialization of (semi-semi-) solid-state batteries. In terms of hydrogen fuel, Changan Automobile will accelerate the pace of hydrogen fuel technology research and industrialization. Establish and improve the hydrogen energy R&D, manufacturing and testing system covering "parts-system-vehicle".

In terms of ecological layout, Changan Automobile will work with partners to transform into a green energy ecology, a green service ecology, and a green supply chain ecology. Among them, the construction of green energy ecology will form a whole industry chain of batteries from upstream raw materials, to midstream power battery manufacturing, and then to downstream power battery recycling, cascade utilization and recycling. In terms of supply chain, Changan Automobile will work with upstream suppliers to jointly create a green supply chain ecology, and plans to reduce the carbon emission intensity of bicycle manufacturing by 30% by 2025.

Changan Automobile will also build a scientific and technological ecology, planning to form an independent technology company, technology companies to the new car as the traction, especially focus on chips, core algorithms and other key technologies, to create a "core core map cloud net sky" hard-core, high-end industrial chain cluster, master the independent and controllable full-stack intelligent capabilities, cultivate new strength of science and technology.

In terms of digital transformation, Changan Automobile will achieve digital transformation from three aspects: product, marketing and manufacturing. Among them, the product will continue to provide intelligent experience and digital services throughout the life cycle of the vehicle. In terms of marketing, Changan Automobile will build a unified marketing digital middle platform, create a channel ecology of light assets, multi-format, wide reach and sharing, and realize the lean marketing information flow, logistics agility and capital flow lightweight through online platform operation and offline digital strong operation, thereby promoting the transformation of the manufacturer relationship from the traditional wholesale relationship to the win-win relationship. In terms of manufacturing, Changan Automobile focuses on the system integration of the whole process of manufacturing and the connection of all elements of data, and builds an intelligent manufacturing system from three main lines: agile delivery, collaborative manufacturing of supply chain, and intelligent operation of factories.

Changan Automobile will also accelerate its internationalization and plans to build 2-3 overseas manufacturing bases by 2025 to complete the production capacity layout of the first phase of the global automotive market. At the same time, when the international business environment improves, we will establish European headquarters and North American headquarters in the European and North American markets in due course to achieve the full introduction of the global mainstream automobile market.
