At the end of each year and the beginning of the year, some cultural institutions and media will launch an annual list of good books to commend and publicize the excellent books published in the past year. Collecting these good book lists and calculating the most repetitive books among them is undoubtedly a good book in the good books of the year, which is of great promotion value.
The Reading and Mental Health Professional Committee of the Reading Promotion Committee of the Library Society of China conducted a comprehensive collection of the 2021 Good Book List in early 2022, and obtained an authoritative annual good book list published by 7 state-level publishing groups, newspapers and websites, namely: the "2021 Good Book" of China Press, Publication, Radio and Telegraph, the "Medium Edition Good Book" 2021 Annual List of China Publishing Group, the "Sina Good Book Recommendation" 2021 Good Book of Sina.com, and the "2021 Influential Book" of China Publishing Media Business Daily The "2021 Beijing News Annual Reading Recommendation" of the Beijing News, the "Top Ten Books of 2021" of the China Reading Newspaper, and the "2021 Annual Bright Book List" of Guangming Daily. Involving 271 kinds of good books, the number of times each book is mentioned in each list is counted, and after sorting by the number of entries, the top 17 good books are taken (Note: The number of times other books are selected is 1 time).
Comparing the bibliographies in the list with the 7 good book lists, and synthesizing the number of books received in the list and their comparison data, it can be seen that in the 2021 good book list:
(1) The list of good books of China Publishing Group, China Press, Publication, Radio and Telegraph, and Sina.com has obvious advantages, and has a high degree of overlap with the 17 selected books in 2021; at the same time, combining the comparison data of selected good books in 2019 and 2020, the annual good book list of China Press, Publication, Radio, Telegraph has maintained a high degree of consensus year after year.
(2) The annual good book list of China Publishing Media Business Daily also has a high degree of consensus. The "Annual Influential Books" promotion activity initiated by it has been held for 10 consecutive sessions so far, and the 2021 "China Publishing media business newspaper" is based on the four quarterly influential books published in that year, combined with the self-recommendation of the publishing house, including good books, daily reports and good book beads, with "media recognition, market sales performance, expert recommendation, and reader recognition" as the standard, this "2021 annual influence book" was selected as a total of 146 kinds of good books, which more reflects humanistic ideology, artistry, Readability and the spirit of the times, while presenting different tastes and diverse voices, promote serious reading.
(3) A large-scale news portal with national influence, only Sina.com conducted the selection of good books in 2021. Since its official launch in 2009, the Sina Good Book List has been launched at the end of the year based on the monthly list, which has lasted for 13 years. Since the 2019 Good Book List has increased the bibliography from 10 to 20, the 2021 "Sina Good Book Recommendation • Annual Good Book" continues to maintain 20 kinds, which reduces the regret of the pearl to a certain extent, and is also more extensive in the scope of book selection, which better takes into account the expert vision and public reputation.
From the distribution of publishing houses in 17 selected bibliographies in 2021, it can be found that:
(1) The People's Literature Publishing House, Shanghai Literature and Art Publishing House, and Life, Reading, and Xinzhi Sanlian Bookstore produced relatively many selected good books in 2021 (all of which are 2 kinds); among the top three works in the consensus degree, the People's Literature Publishing House and the Life, Reading, and Xinzhi Sanlian Bookstore each had 1 kind of work; and the other 17 selected good books in 2021 involved in the publishing houses all had 1 kind of work selected, and did not show a significant aggregation effect.
(2) At the same time, "A Knife, A Thousand Words" by the People's Literature Publishing House and "There is a Tree in the North" by the Commercial Press ranked first in 2021 with the advantage of 4 votes in the consensus degree. "A knife, a thousand words" from The Moon Reflects Bamboo into a Thousand Words, Frost Gaomei Pregnant Flowers" from Qing Yuan, with the extraordinary growth experience of a Famous Chef of Huaiyang as the narrative clue, seemingly showing the delicacies on the tip of the tongue in different regions, in fact, it opens up another exquisite world that integrates heaven and earth and natural understanding, and the personal fate and choices swept by the change of times and repeated wash-ups also present the folk memories under multiple perspectives and review systems. As a natural literature work, "There is a Tree in the North" takes 12 months as a clue to intuitively feel the landscape changes of Beijing's cities, parks, and mountains, as well as the flowers, plants and birds, and integrates thinking, feeling, reading, traveling and natural objects to reflect the in-depth communication between man and nature.
