As an original new car, the most obvious difference in appearance between the Volkswagen Arteon SR and the domestic CC hunting car is the cancellation of the black wheel eyebrows, and after matching the 19-inch multi-spoke wheels, the whole car has the style of a classic European station wagon.
However, the price came to 348,000 yuan, which is 91,100 yuan higher than the starting price of the domestic CC hunting car, and 48,100 yuan more expensive than the domestic CC hunting car roof model.
If there is only the difference between the import status and no black wheel eyebrow, it is actually difficult to impress consumers by importing Arteon SR. So, does this imported new car have advantages over the domestic version?
First of all, in terms of appearance, the imported Arteon SR provides R-Line appearance sports kits, which are not available on domestic CC hunting vehicles. Therefore, the appearance of arteon SR is more sporty than the domestic CC hunting car, which is also in line with the demands of the purchasing crowd.
In addition, in addition to the LED light source in the whole series, the new light group also adopts all-LED dual-lens headlights and supports dynamic lighting assistance systems. Structurally, the light group also adopts a matrix design.

Second, the difference is more in terms of configuration. In contrast, these configurations either need to be optional or not available in the domestic version.
The biggest difference is the engine. The imported Arteon SR only provides a 2.0T low-power engine, but compared with the domestic (330TSI) version, the maximum power is increased to 190 horsepower, and the peak torque is still 320Nm. The drivetrain is still mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
But it should be known that even if the domestic version is a high-power (380TSI) version, the fuel supply mode of its engine is only direct injection, while the imported Arteon SR is mixed injection. In other words, both in terms of power parameters and technology, this engine is closer to the Audi A4L (40TFSI) engine.
In addition, it is understood that the new car will be limited to 140 units in China. In other words, compared with the unlimited domestic version, the imported Arteon SR is rarer and more exclusive.
Obviously, the domestic CC is not a competitor of arteon SR, and the Volvo V60 is the most direct competitor to this new car in the current market. However, when consumers choose, will they abandon luxury brands such as Volvo and choose volkswagen brands?
