Sheet metal room set up as many as 12 fully enclosed work rooms, which is unheard of by my earlier generation of "4S people", and strives for high configuration, high efficiency and high quality synchronous expansion. Once the vehicle has completed the sheet metal work, it can be moved to the spray shop via a dedicated spiral channel. Here, the grilling room that introduces nano-baking technology will complete the essential work in the most efficient and high-quality way.

As the name suggests, each nano baking room has 8 nano baking boards, and the total power consumption is 50kW. This is different from the new baking technology with the baking lamp as the heat source, the principle is exactly the opposite of the traditional "dry body" from the outside to the inside, which is to heat the paint surface uniformly from the inside to the outside through microwave, the curing speed is faster, and the paint quality is more guaranteed.
