He Zhanfu, born in 1965 in Huinong, Ningxia, was a disciple of Master Jiang Baolin. He studied painting at the School of Art of Renmin University, the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and the National Academy of Painting of China. He is currently the vice chairman of the Ningxia Autonomous Region Artists Association, a visiting scholar of the China Academy of Arts, the deputy director of the Sino-US National Painting Art Committee, and the secretary-general of the Sino-US National Painting Art Committee. His works have been included in the Great Hall of the People, the National Art Museum of China, the Military Museum of the Chinese Revolution, etc.

As the saying goes, dripping water can penetrate stones, and the merits of nature have been achieved, and the deeds of He Zhanfu have spread throughout the north and south of the great river, and there is an endless stream of admirers and learners and exchanges, and the collection circles respect him as "He Lanshan" and "He Pai Landscape". At present, the "Helan Mountain Painting School" with He Zhanfu as the core and composed of ten famous artists such as Ma Jianjun and Zhang Shaoshan has been formed, and has become a fresh force in the Chinese art circle in the new era.
