He Zhanfu (1965-), a native of Huinong, Ningxia, founder of the Helan Mountain School, one of the leaders of Chinese art in the new era, a disciple of Master Li Keyan, a disciple of Master Jiang Baolin, and has been personally taught by famous artists such as Wu Guanzhong, Zhang Tong, and Guan Shanyue. He studied painting at the School of Art of Renmin University, the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, and the National Academy of Painting of China. He is currently the vice chairman of the Ningxia Autonomous Region Artists Association, a visiting scholar of the China Academy of Arts, the deputy director of the Sino-US National Painting Art Committee, and the secretary-general of the Sino-US National Painting Art Committee. His works have been included in the Great Hall of the People, the National Art Museum of China, the Military Museum of the Chinese Revolution, etc.
