In the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak, my parents didn't understand the situation and thought there would be no risks in a small city like our hometown.
There were no masks in our house, no emergency medicines, and at that moment I felt that my parents were old, and I needed to take on the responsibility of supervising them to wear masks, wash their hands and disinfect, inform them of the latest news I learned, and protect my family during this special period.

Later, I can't remember what day it was, and I began to slowly learn to live seriously and enjoy the quiet time of being alone. I can study alone in the library, I can walk alone on the campus trails and enjoy the sunset, I can go to the playground alone to exercise, or I can taste food alone...
I no longer feel at a loss when I was alone like before, and I enjoyed being alone when I was alone, and at that moment, I seemed to understand that growing up was learning to accept loneliness.
