As of mid-March 2022, China Telecom has opened 669 5G stations in Xiong'an New Area, achieving good 5G network coverage in the main urban areas of the three counties, key townships, Beijing-Xiongxiong high-speed railway, Xiong'an high-speed rail area, Baiyangdian Scenic Area, Millennium Xiulin and other areas.
At present, relying on the temporary data center of Xiong'an New Area built by China Telecom, it has carried 20 commissions and 155 business systems in Xiong'an New Area, including vehicle-road collaboration platform, Internet + government affairs platform, 5G smart tax service platform, and smart party building platform.
In the Xiong'an New Area Startup Zone, the 119.44-acre China Telecom Smart City Industrial Park is stepping up construction, which is also the first market-oriented project of the Xiong'an New Area Internet Industrial Park. By March 2022, Hebei Mobile has built 1,183 5G base stations in Xiong'an New Area, which are located in Rongdong Resettlement Area, Xiong'an Citizen Service Center, Baiyangdian High-speed Railway Station, Beijing-Xiongxiong Intercity Railway Xiong'an Station, Anxin Baiyangdian Scenic Area, etc., and have achieved 5G coverage in key areas. By the end of March 2022, China Unicom has built a total of 701 5G base stations and 388 sets of 5G room subsystems in Xiong'an New Area, realizing the continuous coverage of 5G networks in urban areas, county seats, trunk lines and scenic spots. At the same time, through the collaborative coverage of "macro station + micro station + room point", we will make every effort to build a three-dimensional 5G boutique network. In the next stage, Hebei Unicom will continue to accelerate the progress of 5G network construction, increase network technology innovation, and help Xiong'an New Area achieve full 5G network coverage by the end of 2022, becoming the first batch of 5G full-coverage cities in Hebei Province.
When Unicom's 5G network was rapidly built in every corner of Xiong'an New Area, gigabit broadband also entered more and more homes. The high-end network configuration of "gigabit 5G for going out and gigabit broadband for entering the door" has become a "routine operation" for many families.
At present, China Unicom has fully completed the construction of gigabit all-optical boutique network in Xiong'an New Area, realized the end-to-end access capability of "10 gigabit to enterprise, gigabit to household", and the access bandwidth rate WiFi6 reached more than 1000M, helping Xiong'an New Area become the first "gigabit city" in Hebei Province.
With the launch of the national "East Counting West Counting" project, the computing power network has ushered in a new layout. China Unicom actively implements the national decision-making and deployment, fully undertakes the "East Number West Calculation" project, provides a "3+1" IDC resource layout for Xiong'an New Area, and has reserved IDC resources in Rongcheng, Anxin and Xiongxian, and built the Xiongxian Hot Spring City Supercomputing Center.

China Tower, in collaboration with the three basic telecom operators, has achieved full 5G coverage in all key areas and hotspot areas of Xiong'an New Area.
Since entering the new area, China Tower Hebei Xiong'an Branch has made overall planning, actively participated in the planning of communication infrastructure, jointly formulated the communication construction specifications and technical guidelines of the new district, and completed the compilation of the "Guidelines for 5G Communication Construction in Xiong'an New Area" in 2020. In 2021, the tower company promoted and completed the "Special Plan for 5G Communication Base Stations in Xiong'an New Area", carried out communication planning synchronously in urban planning, and incorporated all communication infrastructure such as computer rooms, transmission pipelines, and base stations in the new "one main and five auxiliary" areas into the planning, providing a guarantee for the landing of the concept of "Tower City Integration" and communication construction in the new area.
Up to now, China Tower Hebei Xiong'an Branch has completed more than 1,700 5G Hongji station construction projects, 100% co-construction and sharing, and achieved full 5G coverage in key areas such as the main areas of the county, Xiong'an Citizen Service Center, Anxin Rongcheng Connection Line, Anxin Baiyangdian Scenic Area, Beijing-Xiongxiong High-speed Railway Line, Xiong'an Station, Rongdong Area, Business Center, Country Park, etc., effectively promoting the integration and development of 5G and the industry, and helping 5G networks and industry applications to lead the country.
In the past five years, there have been more than 4,500 new and reconstructed tower projects in China, with an indoor distribution system area of more than 26 million square meters, covering a total mileage of 70 kilometers of high-speed rail and 110 kilometers of high-speed speed. The sharing rate of operators has increased from 80% to more than 98%, 100% of new projects have been shared, 1300 towers have been reduced, more than 200 million yuan of industry investment has been saved, and more than 140 mu of land has been saved.
