As the saying goes: It is enough to have one hobby in life. But I have three loves: practicing words, writing so-called poems and prose, and stir-frying.
I still have some basic skills in my writing. At the end of elementary school, influenced by the family, I touched the brush, and when I went to elementary school, I began to draw red, and at that time, I peeked at the meaning of the pen and knew that the words could not be scribbled. Grandpa felt that I was still a little talented at writing, so he took out his collection of "Yan Qinli Monument" for me to read, and rewarded me with a round brick platform carved with goldfish and lotus flowers. Later, I copied "Zhang Ronglong Monument" and "Duo Pagoda Stele", and Grandpa said that such words have bone strength. Dad also brought me newspapers and straw paper for me to practice. I still remember my grandfather telling me the trick to writing well: use the pen calmly, not floating. This has benefited me a lot. Later, I felt that Yan Zhenqing's "Manuscript of Sacrifice to the Nephew" and Sun Guoting's "Book Genealogy" were good characters. Now, I like the Song Sijia and feel that the Song people have made a liberation of calligraphy, less restraint and more personality. Especially the rice word, once you like it, it is irretrievable! This is a person's hobby, what can be done? The words I am writing now have the foundation of the "DuobaoTa Stele", the shadow of the "Book Genealogy", and the meaning of Mi Fu's "Rong Xue Ti". Seal Lin "Yishan Stele", attached to the "Yi Ying Stele", coupled with some messy influences, thus forming my own such a font, the rhyme is flat.
I first studied writing, high school liberal arts, and then in the unit to do more than ten years of text secretarial work, thus laying a little bit of the foundation of the composition of words, from the previous year after the fascination with poetry, and now fell in love with small prose, more than a month of time, wrote more than forty articles, of course, can not climb the elegant hall, here, I do not dwell on it, pure self-pleasure also!
If the ingredients are combined, it is quite interesting to make a few dishes. My wife buys the dishes to choose, wash and cut for later, and I will stir-fry with my left hand, turn the spoon in my left hand, and add seasonings with my left hand to make a delicious dish.
Cooking is knowledgeable. Eat more, ask more, read more recipes, check more information, do more, and summarize well. To master the salty, hot, what dishes can be enlarged, what dishes and what food to gram, rock sugar, curd milk, cooking wine, sauce and vinegar... when cooked soft and soft, when to break out of the pot, only God and clear, but more imaginative, can do delicious. I used mustard mixed with powder skin spinach, spinach is too tender, too old is not, the powder skin is too soft, too hard is not OK, spinach into the pot of boiling water blanched to half a life, fished out of the cold, lightly squeezed out of excess water, with the soaked tear into the palm of half the size of the powder mixed, and then add a little tender squeezed vegetable flakes, the advance of the better mustard poured in, put the right amount of salt and mix well, do not have to put aside sesame oil. The plate is made into the shape of a pagoda, with good color and aroma, which is especially suitable for wine.
Contentment is always happy, I have these three hobbies, what is not happy! When life is happy, when is it rich? To this end, another humble poem is sung to end:
