First, the pickup truck trailer needs to increase the driving C6, and what is worth noting
First of all, from April 1, pickup trucks towing caravans, etc. need to increase the C6 driving qualification, apply for A C6 quasi-driving license, need to pay attention to the following matters:
It should be noted that C6 is an increase in driving, and drivers who have obtained C1 and C2 or above can increase driving.
If you originally held an A2 quasi-driving driver's license, but had cancelled your A2 driver's license due to reaching the age of 60 or voluntarily downgrading, and now you still need to drive a light traction trailer, you can directly apply to the Vehicle Management Office to endorse the C6 quasi-driving qualification.

The trailer quality often advertised by manufacturers is "GTW" - that is, gross trailer weight rating (total dragging weight), which can be understood as dragging capacity.
Then, a very simple mathematical problem comes out, taking a pickup truck as an example, its curb weight is 2330kg, the total mass is 3050kg, the total mass range of the vehicle is 2330kg to full load, (total mass = curb weight + personnel + weight of goods), to ensure that the "GCWR" does not exceed 4500kg, its actual "GTW" towing capacity range is 1450kg - 2170kg, So this is the weight range within which you can legally tow a motorhome. From another point of view, even if the manufacturer advertises that its "GTW" towing capacity can reach 3 tons, or even 3.5 tons, based on domestic laws and regulations, it is not used at all.
More importantly, the strength of the tow hook during the towing process is also extremely critical, even if your pickup truck has a towing capacity of 3 tons, or even 3.5 tons, if the tow hook does not pass the level, it will seriously affect the safety of the trailer. Here is a key concept to introduce, that is, "TW" - Tow Weight tow Weight, in the United States and Canada, it is generally recommended that the weight of the tow hook is designed to be 10% to 15% of the "GTW".
Or take a pickup truck as an example, with its 3000kg "GTW", the bearing weight of its tow hook should be designed at 300kg-450kg, but according to the declaration information of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the maximum load of the shaft-mounted towbar connector is only 100kg.
Third, what do C6 drivers need to pay attention to in learning?

Fourth, what do you need to pay attention to in the C6 driver's license test?

5. What are the trailer pickup trucks? What configuration features are most important?
